Yes — Strathman Manor offers off-street parking for residents. Parking availability is discussed at the time of lease signing. We know how important a secure, convenient spot is in the Allentown neighborhood, and we’ve made sure to accommodate our tenants.

We take maintenance seriously. Our landlord lives nearby and is personally invested in keeping the building in top condition. Most requests are addressed promptly, often within 24–48 hours depending on the nature of the issue.
We typically offer 12-month leases. If you have a specific situation that requires a different arrangement, we encourage you to reach out and discuss your needs — we’re flexible and committed to working with our residents.
