Practice Membership
Primary Precision offers three membership tiers, each including varying levels of preventive care, longevity assessments, and access to broader medical services.
Tier 1 – Primary Care+
This service is ideal for patients looking for primary care to address their acute needs, routine care and longitudinal health. Our concierge model allows patients time and access which is structurally absent from standard of care, insurance-based practice. Some longevity testing and treatment recommendations are tailored for patients in this tier.
Tier 2 – Longevity Optimization
This is where medicine gets fun. Patients looking for their health to be deeply assessed and to co-design a treatment plan to get them feeling their best will benefit from this service. Extensive baseline evaluations become the foundation in this research study of one (you). Understanding your initial health status and uncovering risks informs treatment plans, which can include lifestyle modifications, supplement recommendations, medication, peptides and other health optimizing therapies.
These patients typically have established care with a general practitioner and are primarily seeking health optimization. Routine prescriptions (ex: blood pressure medicine), acute care (illness, injury, etc.) and vaccinations are services omitted from this membership.
Tier 3 – Comprehensive Precision Care
This service is the most comprehensive offering, combining both primary care+ services and longevity medicine optimization. Most costs of care (physician time, laboratory testing, imaging and some therapies/procedures) are included in this service.
Tier 1
Pricing for Tier 1 membership starts at $7,000 per year. The expense of most laboratory testing and in-office diagnostics are included in this service level. Medication, peptides, supplements and third-party testing will be paid out-of-pocket or with the use of medical insurance.
Tier 2
Pricing for Tier 2 membership starts at $25,000 per year. Most expenses (excluding medication, peptides, or supplements) are included with optional testing and therapies to be paid out-of-pocket. This tier includes a training membership with NYC Performance Lab (refer to strategic partnership page for more details). After two years, patients enjoy a reduced rate for all future membership renewals.
Tier 3
Tier 3 membership is offered at $40,000 per year. All expenses (excluding medication, peptides, or supplements) are integrated at this tier of service, including tests which are available to Tier 2 patients on an a la carte basis. Rare exceptions may occur and will be communicated to patients in advance for approval. This tier includes a training membership with NYC Performance Lab (refer to strategic partnership page for more details). After two years, patients enjoy a reduced rate for all future membership renewals.
